At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a lineup broken down by telecast window with the group designations in bold to the left of the game. Instead of ordering these by tip time, however, I’ve grouped them by importance.

Reminders of the different groupings:

  • Group 1 (home games): Visitor is ranked 1-30
  • Group 1 (away games): Host is ranked 1-75
  • Group 2 (home games): Visitor is ranked 31-75
  • Group 2 (away games): Host is ranked 76-135
  • Group 3 (home games): Visitor is ranked 76-160
  • Group 3 (away games): Host is ranked 136-240
  • Group 4 (home games): Visitor is ranked 161-353

Top 30 at Top 75

Group 1 for both the host and visitor

No. 24 Maryland Terrapins (17-6, 8-4) at No. 33 Nebraska Cornhuskers (13-9, 3-8), 7 p.m. (BTN)
No. 31 Baylor Bears (15-6, 6-2) at No. 41 Texas Longhorns (12-10, 4-5), 8 p.m. (LHN)
No. 19 LSU Tigers (17-4, 7-1) at No. 26 Mississippi State Bulldogs (16-5, 4-4), 9 p.m. (ESPN2)
No. 12 Wisconsin Badgers (16-6, 8-3) at No. 52 Minnesota Golden Gophers (16-6, 6-5), 9 p.m. (BTN)

Baylor needs to win in Austin to keep pace with the Big 12-leading (checks notes) Kansas State, particularly with the pair meeting in Waco on Saturday. The Bears are riding a six-game win streak, while the Longhorns followed up a big home win over Kansas with a disappointing close loss to Iowa State.

In the Big Ten, Maryland can complete a season sweep of struggling Nebraska, though the Cornhuskers only lost by two in College Park on January 2nd (though that was with Issac Copeland healthy). Wisconsin, meanwhile, will look to earn a season split with Minnesota as it attempts to win its sixth straight.

LSU heads to Starkville looking to rebound from a surprise home loss to Arkansas—a result that put them a loss back on Tennessee in the SEC race— while Miss. State opens a crucial homestand in its quest to solidify its at-large case. The Bulldogs welcome Kentucky to Humphrey Coliseum on Saturday.

31-75 at Top 75

Group 1 for the visitor only; Group 2 for the host

No. 75 UConn Huskies (13-9, 4-5) at No. 53 Temple Owls (16-6, 6-3), 6 p.m. (CBSSN)
No. 58 Creighton Bluejays (13-9, 4-5) at No. 18 Villanova Wildcats (18-4, 9-0), 8 p.m. (CBSSN)

Nova can open up a two-game lead over Marquette (loser to St. John’s on Tuesday) in the Big East race by sweeping Creighton, Over in the American, Temple’s at-large case would be stronger without a home loss to UConn on its profile.

31-75 at 76-135

Group 2 for both the host and the visitor

No. 50 Clemson Tigers (13-8, 3-5) at No. 90 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (11-11, 3-6), 7 p.m. (ACC RSNs/ACC Network Extra)

Clemson has crept into the NET’s top 50 with little fanfare, and they’ll need to sweep Tech in order to remain there. The Tigers won the first meeting, 72-60, at Littlejohn back on January 16th.

76-160 at Top 75

Group 1 for the visitor only; Group 3 for the host

No. 104 Texas A&M Aggies (8-12, 1-7) at No. 39 Mississippi Rebels (14-7, 4-4), 7 p.m. (SECN)
No. 116 Rhode Island Rams (12-9, 5-4) at No. 61 Davidson Wildcats (16-5, 7-1), 7 p.m. (ESPNU)
No. 82 Oklahoma State Cowboys (9-12, 2-6) at No. 37 TCU Horned Frogs (15-6, 3-5), 9 p.m. (ESPNU)
No. 98 Georgia Bulldogs (10-11, 1-7) at No. 45 Alabama Crimson Tide (13-8, 4-4), 9 p.m. (SECN)

A quartet of must-win home games here for teams in Tuesday’s projection. Losses would be particularly rough for TCU and Atlantic 10-leading Davidson.

76-160 at 76-135

Group 2 for the visitor only; Group 3 for the host

No. 79 Georgetown Hoyas (14-8, 4-5) at No. 81 Providence Friars (13-9, 3-6), 7:30 p.m. (FS1)
No. 86 Notre Dame Fighting Irish (12-10, 2-7) at No. 113 Miami Hurricanes (9-12, 1-8), 7 p.m. (ESPN2)
No. 93 Colorado Buffaloes (12-9, 3-6) at No. 85 UCLA Bruins (12-10, 5-4), 9 p.m. (Pac-12 Networks)
2/3 No. 106 Utah Utes (11-10, 5-4) at No. 78 USC Trojans (13-9, 6-3), 11 p.m. (Pac-12 Networks)

The only game of these four that has real bubble impact is the Big East matchup. The Hoyas won a double-OT classic in their first meeting with the Friars, 96-90 back on January 12th.

31-75 at 136-240

Group 2 for the host only; Group 3 for the visitor

No. 49 VCU Rams (15-6, 6-2) at No. 231 George Washington Colonials (7-14, 3-5), 7 p.m. (MASN/ESPN+ ($))
No. 32 Lipscomb Bisons (18-4, 9-0) at No. 229 North Florida Ospreys (9-15, 3-6), 7 p.m. (ESPN+ ($))

VCU, one of the last teams in Tuesday’s bracket, and Lipscomb, a surprising at-large contender out of the Atlantic Sun, must both avoid road slip-ups. While this is the first of two Ram-Colonial meetings this season, the Bisons can complete a season sweep of the Ospreys in Jacksonville.

Top 30 at 136-240

Group 1 for the host only; Group 3 for the visitor

No. 14 Nevada Wolf Pack (21-1, 8-1) at No. 191 Colorado State Rams (9-13, 4-5), 10 p.m. (CBSSN)

The Wolf Pack blasted the Rams by 40 in Reno just two weeks ago.

76-160 at 136-240

Group 3 for both the host and the visitor

No. 130 George Mason Patriots (13-9, 7-2) at No. 205 Richmond Spiders (8-14, 2-7), 7 p.m. (MASN2/ESPN+ ($))

Mason travels to Virginia’s capital for the second game in a row, looking for a different result than Saturday’s 16-point loss at VCU. The Patriots and Rams both sit a loss back of Davidson in the A 10 race.

161-353 at Top 75

Group 1 for the visitor only; Group 4 for the host

No. 270 California Golden Bears (5-16, 0-9) at No. 68 Oregon Ducks (13-9, 4-5), 9:30 p.m. (FS1)

The Ducks’ NET would take a hit if they don’t keep Cal winless in Pac-12 play.

161-353 at 76-135

Group 2 for the visitor only; Group 4 for the host

No. 174 Cal State Fullerton Titans (9-12, 5-2) at No. 121 UC Irvine Anteaters (19-5, 7-1), 10 p.m. (ESPN3)

161-353 at 136-240

Group 3 for the visitor only; Group 4 for the host

No. 273 Cal State Northridge Matadors (10-13, 4-3) at No. 139 UC Santa Barbara Gauchos (16-5, 5-2), 10 p.m. (BigWest.tv)

UC Irvine and three of its four main challengers in the Big West race are all in action as the conference season reaches the midway point. The Anteaters already defeated the Titans in Fullerton, while this is the first meeting of the season for the Matadors and Gauchos.
