Orlando Invitational Quarterfinals
:no_upscale()/cdn.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_asset/file/19168675/Orl2019.png)
Maryland Terrapins (5-0, Big Ten) vs. Temple Owls (4-0, American), 11 a.m. (ESPN2)
Texas A&M Aggies (3-1, SEC) vs. Harvard Crimson (4-2, Ivy), approx. 1:30 p.m. (ESPN2)
USC Trojans (5-1, Pac-12) vs. Fairfield Stags (1-4, MAAC), approx. 4 p.m. (ESPNU)
Davidson Wildcats (2-3, A 10) vs. Marquette Golden Eagles (3-1, Big East), approx. 6:30 p.m. (ESPNU)
Maryland enters this tournament as a pretty clear favorite, but the Terps face potentially the most difficult quarterfinal matchup. That’s because Temple already won at USC in a non-bracketed game. Harvard really needs three wins at Walt Disney World to keep the slim hopes of a #2BidIvy alive, while USC should be able to rebound against a bad Fairfield team. The nightcap sees a Davidson team that’s not lived up to preseason expectations get another chance at making national noise against a Marquette team that’s still a bit of a mystery.
I will be at the early session at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports today and at the eight remaining games on Friday and Sunday.
Bad Boy Mowers Battle 4 Atlantis Mainland Day 3

UT Arlington Mavericks (3-4, Sun Belt) at Elon Phoenix (2-5, CAA), 12 p.m. (FloHoops.com ($))
The Furman Paladins (7-1, SoCon) edged UTA in a non-televised/streamed game on Wednesday, 58-57, to finish 2-0 and win the subregional with one game left.

Championship
ESPN will air both games.
Michigan Wolverines (5-0, Big Ten) vs. North Carolina Tar Heels (5-0, ACC), 1:30 p.m.
Gonzaga Bulldogs (7-0, WCC) vs. Oregon Ducks (6-0, Pac-12), approx. 4 p.m.
Consolation
ESPN2 will air both games.
Iowa State Cyclones (3-2, Big 12) vs. Alabama Crimson Tide (2-3, SEC), 6:30 p.m. (ESPNU)
Seton Hall Pirates (4-2, Big East) vs. Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles (2-4, C-USA), approx. 9 p.m. (ESPN2)
Wednesday’s early session set up an early Big Ten/ACC Challenge-esque matchup for today’s first semifinal, and a Big 12/SEC Challenge-like contest for the evening’s consolation bracket. In the night session, Gonzaga used a three-point barrage to blast Southern Miss. by 25, while Oregon rallied to edge Seton Hall in a 71-69 thriller to set up an all-Pacific Northwest semifinal in the afternoon’s second game.
Paycom Wooden Legacy Quarterfinals
:no_upscale()/cdn.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_asset/file/19290702/Wooden2019.png)
Providence Friars (4-2, Big East) vs. Long Beach State Beach (2-4, Big West), 2 p.m. (ESPNU)
Wake Forest Demon Deacons (3-2, ACC) vs. College of Charleston Cougars (3-2, CAA), approx. 4:30 p.m. (ESPN News)
UCF Knights (3-1, American) vs. Penn Quakers (3-2, Ivy), 8:30 p.m. (ESPNU)
Pepperdine Waves (3-3, WCC) vs. Arizona Wildcats (6-0, Pac-12), approx. 11 p.m. (ESPN2)
Like Maryland at Walt Disney World, Arizona is the heavy favorite at Disneyland’s exempt tournament. (Yes, after a few seasons in Fullerton, the Wooden Legacy is back at the Anaheim Arena across Katella Avenue from Disneyland.) The team to watch here may be Penn, a potential semifinal opponent for the Wildcats. The Quakers already have two power-conference wins this season (over Alabama and Providence, in a non-bracketed game on Saturday), and they’ve won five such games in a row. Plus, they defeated UCF in Orlando back in December 2016 (a game I got to attend).
Barclays Center Classic Showcase Game

Memphis Tigers (5-1, American) vs. NC State Wolfpack (5-1, ACC) at Brooklyn, 4 p.m. (ESPN2)
Both Memphis (who will be without the suspended James Wiseman) and NC State have romped through their on-campus games on their way to Brooklyn. However, the Tigers were lucky to survive a visit from the Ole Miss Rebels on Saturday, winning 87-86.
Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational Semifinals

Host Bracket
FS1 will air both games.
Texas Tech Red Raiders (5-0, Big 12) vs. Iowa Hawkeyes (4-1, Big Ten), 8 p.m.
San Diego State Aztecs (6-0, MW) vs. Creighton Bluejays (4-1, Big East), approx. 10:30 p.m.
Visitor Bracket
No TV coverage.
Cal Poly Mustangs (1-5, Big West) vs. Tennessee State Tigers (3-3, OVC), 2 p.m.
North Florida Ospreys (4-3, ASUN) vs. LIU Sharks (1-5, NEC), approx. 4:30 p.m.
The four hosts swept their eight on-campus games, with 2019 NCAA runner-up Texas Tech looking like the favorite to go 2-0 at the Orleans Arena. The Mountain West’s collective at-large hopes could use a strong performance by SDSU in this event, however.
