The SXSports Selection Special Presented By TuneIn

This has been an unusual Selection Weekend, as I've been in a hotel in Austin, Texas doing most of my work. (Talk about a bracket bunker.) That's because I'll be participating in a live show after the selections are revealed.

At 6:30 p.m. Eastern, midway through CBS's planned two-hour bracket extravaganza, we will tip off the SXSports Selection Sunday Special presented by TuneIn, live from South by Southwest in Austin, Texas at the Liberty Tavern (if you happen to be in the neighborhood). Hopefully, the bracket will be fully revealed by then.

Veteran broadcaster Pat O'Brien and comedian Chuck Nice, frequently heard on Star Talk Radio with Neil deGrasse Tyson will be the co-host, while USA Today's resident bracketologist Shelby Mast and myself will provide expert analysis of this season's bracket. Naturally, we'll discuss all of the usual topics pertinent to the fresh bracket—who was snubbed, who was a surprise, overseeded/underseeded, ranking the regions. Plus, we'll probably get into picks too. (It is a two-hour show after all.) We might even be joined by a special guest or three thanks to the magic of the telephone.
