All TV info is courtesy Matt's College Sports on TV site. He has many more games listed, particularly ones broadcast only on local channels and in-house cable sports/local interest channels that are not widely available nationwide. You'll also want to check out his listings for information on which conference regional matchups and CSN, FSN, and Root Sports contests (all games listed in these posts marked with an *) are available on which affiliates.
All times are Eastern.
American
Temple Owls (7-19, 2-12) at Louisville Cardinals (23-4, 12-2), 9 p.m. (ESPN2)
Memphis Tigers (21-6, 10-4) at Houston Cougars (13-14, 5-9), 9 p.m. (CBS SN)
Another night, another pair of likely AAC mismatches, although Temple has been playing with some fire of late and Houston is somewhat respectable at Hofheinz.
Atlantic 10
VCU Rams (20-7, 8-4) at Fordham Rams (9-16, 2-10), 7 p.m. (CBS SN)
Duquesne Dukes (11-15, 3-10) at Saint Louis Billikens (25-2, 12-0), 8 p.m. (NBCSN)
Before the Black and Gold Rams and Billikens meet again on Saturday, they must each get past completely beatable teams on this Thursday night. Both VCU and Saint Louis can complete sweeps of these repeat A 10 opponents.
Big East
Georgetown Hoyas (16-11, 7-8) at Marquette Golden Eagles (16-11, 8-6), 9 p.m. (FS1)
With the Hoyas right near the cut line and the Golden Eagles just a bit behind, this is a crucial game in the Big East bubble race. Marquette already owns an 80-72 overtime win over Georgetown from February 27th in the Nation's Capital.
Big Ten
Ohio State Buckeyes (22-6, 9-6) at Penn State Nittany Lions (13-14, 4-10), 7 p.m. (ESPN2)
Iowa Hawkeyes (19-8, 8-6) at Indiana Hoosiers (15-12, 5-9), 9 p.m. (ESPN)
Tonight features an unexpected doubleheader, as the rescheduled Hawkeye-Hoosier showdown follows the Buckeyes' trip to struggling, but still difficult-to-beat-at-home Nittany Lions. I'm really curious to see how the second game plays out considering how both Iowa and Indiana left it all on the floor in their Tuesday losses.
Pac-12
Oregon State Beavers (14-12, 6-8) at USC Trojans (10-17, 1-13), 11 p.m. (FS1)
Oregon Ducks (18-8, 6-8) at UCLA Bruins (21-6, 10-4), 11 p.m. (ESPN2)
The game to watch tonight is in Westwood, where the Ducks will attempt to avenge a two-point home loss to the Bruins while grabbing a necessary second Top 50 win. Oregon's home win over BYU on December 21st is their last such victory.
SEC
Arkansas Razorbacks (18-9, 7-7) at Kentucky Wildcats (21-6, 11-3), 7 p.m. (ESPN)
If the Razorbacks can do what LSU Tigers failed to on Saturday, they will rocket up the bid pecking order, as second win over the Wildcats would make them 7-8 against the Top 100 with a quartet of Top 50 wins.
Elsewhere
Charlotte 49ers (14-12, 5-8 C-USA) at East Carolina Pirates (15-13, 4-9), 7 p.m. (FS1)
FIU Panthers (13-15, 5-8) at Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles (23-5, 10-3), 7 p.m. (CBS SN)
Bryant Bulldogs (17-12. 9-5 NEC) at St. Francis-Brooklyn Terriers (16-13, 7-7), 7 p.m. (ESPN3)
Stony Brook Seawolves (20-8, 12-2 AE) at Vermont Catamounts (19-9, 13-1), 7 p.m. (ESPN3)
Florida Gulf Coast Eagles (19-10, 13-3 A-Sun) at Lipscomb Bisons (13-14, 8-8), 7 p.m. (ESPN3)
Jacksonville Dolphins (11-16, 7-9 A-Sun) at Kennesaw State Owls (6-23, 3-13), 7 p.m. (ESPN3)
Milwaukee Panthers (16-13, 9-9 Horizon) at Detroit Titans (13-16, 6-8), 7 p.m. (Horizon League Network)
Green Bay Phoenix (22-5, 12-2 Horizon) at Oakland Golden Grizzlies (11-18, 6-8), 8 p.m. (ESPNU)
Denver Pioneers (15-12, 8-4 Summit) at South Dakota State Jackrabbits (16-11, 8-4), 8 p.m. (Midco SN/FCS Central)
Murray State Racers (17-9, 12-2 OVC) at Tennessee-Martin Skyhawks (8-21, 3-11), 8 p.m. (Racer Sports Network/ESPN3)
Lamar Cardinals (3-23, 2-12 Southland) at Oral Roberts Golden Eagles (14-13, 8-6), 8:30 p.m. (FCS Atlantic)
Siena Saints (13-16, 9-9 MAAC) at Quinnipiac Bobcats (19-8, 14-4), 8:30 p.m. (ESPN3)
Portland Pilots (15-13, 7-9 WCC) at St. Mary's Gaels (20-9, 10-6), 9 p.m. (TheW.tv, streaming directly at SB Nation's Mid-Major Madness)
Gonzaga Bulldogs (23-6, 13-3 WCC) at Pacific Tigers (14-13, 5-11), 10 p.m. (ESPNU)
UC Santa Barbara Gauchos (18-7, 9-3 Big West) at UC Irvine Anteaters (18-10, 9-3), 10 p.m. (ESPN3)
San Francisco Dons (18-10, 11-5 WCC) at Pepperdine Waves (15-13, 8-8), 10 p.m. (TheW.tv, streaming directly at SB Nation's Mid-Major Madness)
Hawai `i Rainbow Warriors (19-8, 8-5 Big West) at Long Beach State 49ers (12-14, 8-4), 10:30 p.m. (FS Prime Ticket San Diego/FCS Pacific)
Santa Clara Broncos (12-17, 5-11) at Loyola Marymount Lions (11-17, 3-13), 11 p.m. (TWCS/ROOT Sports*/CSN Bay Area/TheW.tv, streaming directly at SB Nation's Mid-Major Madness)
In this evening's mid-major action, Stony Brook and Vermont meet to see who might host the America East final; Gonzaga will attempt to avoid another bad WCC loss in Stockton; while Murray State will look to keep pace with Belmont in the OVC title chase.
