College Basketball Viewer's Guide For December 6

Today's post is very short, simply because calling tonight's TV schedule "uninspiring" would be a compliment.

If a team's name appears as a link, click it to visit that school's SB Nation blog for more coverage.

  • Alcorn State at Kansas State, FS Kansas City/ESPN3/Full Court, 8 p.m. ET: The Braves--playing game seven of a 10-game season-opening road trip--are among the worst teams in Division 1. Seriously, look at their profile on Ken Pomeroy's site. (Red and pink aren't good colors to see.)
  • Southeast Missouri at Iowa State, MC-22/ESPN3/Full Court, 8 p.m. ET: Like the Braves, the Redhawks have yet to win a game. They probably won't be picking up victory number 1 in Ames.
  • Portland at Washington, FSN Northwest/FCS Pacific, 10 p.m. ET: This is the lone game with somewhat national distribution that could be interesting, emphasis on could. If the Huskles' come out firing like they did in their 61-point first half performance against Texas Tech on Saturday, the Pilots will have little hope.

For information about games that will be telecast regionally, like Nevada at Houston, visit Matt Sarz's College Sports on TV site. Another good resource is the schedule page at BB State.

Please share your thoughts about today and tonight's action in the comments, after you sign up for a free SB Nation account, of course.
